these cars to have imbalance of airflow between the two banks of the engine since it is literally like having two seperate 3-cylinder engines under the hood. It is actually better if you can observe the A/F independently for each side as it will tell you if you have any imbalance, which is not uncommon at all in our cars, ESPECIALLY for those with crossflowing FMICs. It only takes one high-HP pull with one side running really lean, the other rich, you see a safe A/F because of the blending, and then you melt down a piston.
